I'm not really sure what went wrong here...but there are a lot of things that are good individually. Like the eyes are pretty good, accurate, and in proportion to each other. The nose is believable and also accurate. The lips could be better, but that wouldn't ruin the drawing. I don't really know. But it's all good! I'll figure it out.
